A local from Massachusetts, Rob began his career in Healthcare Information Technology at MEDITECH in 1990 and continued his education with a Master of Science degree from Norwich University. Prior to joining iatricSystems in 2013, Rob served as Chief Information Officer for Houston Healthcare in Warner Robins, Georgia. Rob’s knowledge and experience in the hospital healthcare IT environment has shaped his vision and philosophy in his role as Executive Vice President of iatricSystems. His commitment to and focus on the customer, vision for the future, and passion for improving the healthcare IT experience is reflective of the vital role Rob has established as an innovator and thought leader in the healthcare IT industry at large.

Shanna DeLeo

Senior Vice President, Professional Services

 

Utilizing her Master of Science in Instructional Technology, Shanna collaborated with prominent professionals across industries to develop Master and Doctoral courses. Shanna transitioned to Healthcare when she joined Harris Affinity in 2014. As a Technical Business Analyst and Scrum Master, Shanna worked closely with clients to reinvent self-service delivery for today's patients. Using Agile best practices, Shanna established a Project Management Office, standardizing and streamlining critical core processes. In 2018, Shanna became the Vice President of Research and Development for Harris PulseCheck, focused on creating organizational change, on-time Product delivery, and metric-focused results. Shanna now brings her passion for systemic change and operational excellence to iatricSystems as the Vice President of Professional Services.

Dave Griffin

Vice President, Support Services

 

Dave Griffin has worked in Information Technology for more than 38 years, including working in the aerospace, banking, and healthcare industries. Before joining iatricSystems, Dave held technical and managerial roles for a multi-hospital acute care organization in Georgia. Dave continues to mentor his team under the motto of , “let great people do what they do best, and that is being great.”

 

Away from the office, Dave’s passion for service and giving back to his community has been seen in his second career as a volunteer firefighter/EMT for over 35 years. With plans to retire from the fire department last year, Dave continues to answer the call of duty on weekends due to firefighter shortages, increased volume of emergency calls, and helping those in need.

Shon Barrier

Vice President, Research And Development

 

Shon brings real-world hospital experience to his role as Vice President of Research and Development. Prior to joining iatricSystems in 2005, Shon was a developer for a North Carolina hospital. Shon’s role at iatricSystems has included leading the Information and Technology Services team. As Vice President, Shon and his team earned the reputation of providing an exemplary customer experience to both internal and external audiences.  With now more than 22 years healthcare IT experience, Shon brings his knowledge, leadership, and passion to serve the customer and lead the research and development team that develops software products.
