Scriptlink+ (Standard vs. Professional)

Scripting and Automation Tools

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Standard Edition really just a free trial?

No. The Standard Edition of ScriptLink+ is a free license. It won't expire. It won't limit you to just one script. You are free to write as many scripts as you can. The more you use it, the happier we will be.

What type of support comes with the Standard Edition?

Iatric Systems is offering multiple levels of support for ScriptLink+ customers. You will not be forced into paying for a support contract if you don't need one. At the same time, Maintenance Agreements are available to our customers seeking higher levels of support that include 24/7/365 access to our support staff. Visit our Scriptlink+ Support page for more details.

What type of training is available to my staff?

Scriptlink+ comes with extensive help files and tutorials. However, we won't limit your training options there.

During our Open Beta period (September - December, 2007), we will be offering complimentary Webcasts to all Scriptlink+ customers. At the end of this period, Webcasts will be available for a nominal fee. Maintenance paying customers will receive complimentary attendance to Webcasts.

Iatric Systems also offers on-site and private Webcasts when you are looking for that added attention.

What is the "Open Beta" period?

Scriptlink+ has gone through rigorous internal testing and has even been beta tested by a few of our loyal customers. We are confident with the software's performance, but we want to reach as many operational environments as possible.

From September 1, 2007 through January 2, 2008, we are offering both versions of Scriptlink+ at no cost as part of the Open Beta. Customers are welcome to participate, but it is not a requirement. A Web Forum will be open during this time-frame to post questions/issues for our Scriptlink+ staff.

On January 2, 2008, we will issue the full release version of both the Standard and Professional Editions. Beta versions of the software will expire on January 2, 2008 and the new software will need to be installed to continue use of Scriptlink+.

If you are not interested in participating in the "Open Beta," you can wait until January 2008. The Standard Edition will still be free.

If I am an existing Scriptlink or ScriptMate customer, what will it cost me to upgrade to the Professional Version of Scriptlink+?

We are interested in rewarding our loyal customers, so existing Scriptlink and ScriptMate customers with active Maintenance Agreements will receive Scriptlink+ Professional at no added cost.

ScriptMate and Scriptlink customers without an active Maintenance Agreement can upgrade to Scriptlink+ for a discounted fee.
