Scripting Services
Scripting is a technique used to load data into MEDITECH. MEDITECH does not automatically allow outside programs to write into their databases. The only way to automate the loading of data into MEDITECH without the use of interfaces is via scripting. A script is a series of automated keystrokes used to "type" data into your MEDITECH database. There are several different techniques that can be used to "script in data."
Iatric Systems offers a scripting solution - Scriptlink+ - which is available in Magic and Client/Server versions. However, we have experience with many of the other PC based and MAGIC based tools available. What works well for one project may not be the best solution for the next one.
