Message from Joel Berman, President, Iatric Systems, Inc.


Iatric Systems has always based its solutions directly on customer feedback, and what we'll be sharing with you at this year's International MUSE Conference will be no exception. Here are just some of the ways we are addressing the needs you've recently expressed:

  • At Regional Conferences, you indicated you want in-depth product demos in addition to the new department-focused sessions we're hosting, so we've scheduled focused product demos at our booth in addition to the conference sessions we'll be hosting.

  • As a direct result of attendee feedback, and unlike past years where tips have been geared primarily toward advanced users, this year's NPR Tips and Tricks session has been crafted to address all levels of report writers.

  • We've enhanced VFS to include MAR document ion based on direct input from end users.

  • We've added B/AR proration rules and NUR dictionary training to our I-Online Learning program.

  • Patient Discharge Instructions has been ported over to Client/Server and should be available for general release sometime in the late summer/early fall.

You'll notice an "Inc." next to our name now. Iatric Systems incorporated on January 1, 2004. We recognize the increasing investments our customers are making in our offerings, and we believe that our incorporation is a symbol of our commitment to future stability and longevity in this market.

We're also helping to make more and more "other vendor" products become available to the Meditech™ marketplace by working on integration directly with vendors. In fact, some of the vendors we have been working with will be located next to us and near us at the show.

The MUSE brass tell us that attendance for this year's show is on target to meet or exceed expectations. We can't wait to show you some of the exciting new things we're working on, so be sure to stop by our booth (number 312).
