Iatric Data Access Driver (iDAD)

Simplify your efforts to write NPR reports using real-time data from both the Client/Server (C/S) database and the Advanced Database (6.x) with the Iatric Data Access Driver (iDAD). iDad creates DPMs and Data Definitions to replicate the 6.x application data structure in an NPR format. It also synchronizes the 6.x dictionaries to C/S NPR dictionaries in the Iatric Universe. The dictionary synchronization occurs daily and can also be run on demand.

  • Retrieves portions of indexes and record sets from the 6.x applications
  • Supports NPR R/W selection and sorting logic, fields, possessives, multiples, computed fields and graphics
  • Includes PCS data retrieval utilities to reduce the programming needed for nursing reports
  • Allows Magic and Client Server users to work with a familiar tool (NPR) while extracting data from the Advanced Database

Creating Reports in 6.X


MEDITECH version 6.0 and 6.1 are mixed platforms consisting of Client Server and M-AT technologies.
